With over 40 years experience in the building industry, MLBC Property Services has developed a range of skills and services to fulfill all domestic and commercial building needs. This may range from extensions and complete home renovations to installing bathroom and kitchen suites. Mark is the face of the business and does the majority of the work, however for larger and specialist jobs he has a large range of contacts to accompany him to ensure the job is done to a high standard and more importantly to the clients preference.

BATHROOM RENOVATIONS
One of our popular services is replacing bathrooms with a new and more modern suite chosen by the client depending on their needs that we are able to supply and fit. We install the whole suite and are also able to amend any plumbing and electrics needed. Tiling and redecorating is all included in this service.
EXTENSIONS
We carry out large and small house extensions and loft conversions through working with our architects to achieve planning permission and the clients desired space. A full comprehensive installation can include any flooring, redecorating, windows and doors as part of the service.
KITCHEN REFURBISHMENT
We work closely with all kitchen retailers to be able to find the right kitchen for the customer or are able to have it designed to meet your specific requirements. Any plumbing or electrics are amended to suit the new layout of the kitchen. Any redecorating is included in this service.
